1. Çığlıkara Forest

Çığlıkara Forest is the optimum distribution area of ​​rare trees. Cedar trees are over two thousand years old. There are no settlements around this forest and you can enter with special permission.

2. Ucansu Waterfall

Ucansu Waterfall is one of the undiscovered natural beauties and hidden paradises of the Mediterranean region.

If you are curious about nature sports, you can enjoy walking and safari between the plenty of pine and sandal trees. Do not return without swimming in the ice-cold waters of Ucansu Waterfall.

From Alanya-Konakli to the north Guzelbag, following Gundogmus route takes you to the waterfall. The area is 70 km to Konakli and the last 20 km of the road is barely ground but worth for this trouble.

3. Sazak and Ceneviz Villages

Sazak and Ceneviz two bays in a row in the foothills of the Musa Mountains. If you want to see one of these villages, you can go walking towards the hill, or you can explore it by boat tour. You can easily observe the endangered Mediterranean monk seals during your visit to these coves.

4. Soura Ancient City

Sura ancient excavation site is 6 km away from the town ''Demre'' of Antalya. In the area, a series of sarcophagus tombs are noticed on the left before the descent ramp starts. This area on the  hiking route called as ''Lykian road'' is an ancient area that is not easily recognized by the passing vehicles and has not been taken under protection. Some sources mention about the area as Sourai or Sura. The road from Andriake to Kaş passes through here in the opposite direction. In this case Soura remains to your left. Soura is a word in the Hellenic language, meaning Soura people. Sura lies between the ruins of Andriake in Myra and Çayağzı. The road to Kaş passes through the ancient city of Sura today.

5. Simena Ancient City

Simena (known today as Kaleköy in Turkey) is the only Mediterranean village in Turkey that is inaccessible by road. The only way to get to the ancient village is by boat, either from the port of Üçağız or Demre Çayağzı. The journey to Simena is breathtaking, passing Lycian cliff graves, romantic coves and the stunning sunken ruins of an ancient city that lies off the shores of Kekova Island.

6. Karain Cave

The cave is situated 30 km. north, north-west of Antalya. It is on the east slope of mount Katran which is in the range of western Taurus mountains. Carved in Cratese period limestone, its altitude is 430m from the sea level and 150m from the travertine plain. The plain which is formed by transgression, is one of the largest travertine plais in the world. There are fine water springs where the plain meets the mountains. Geological and geomorphological researches in the recent years revealed a lake in the middle of the plain in Pleistocene; and many open air settlements in Paleolithic period. This is proved by the fossils of hippopotamus bones and shells of invertebrata found in the fauna of the Karain cave. The location of the cave is near the strait of Cubuk which is an important passage connecting the Mediterranean region with Inner Anatolia and the Region of Lakes. Karain is a complex of caves rather than a single cave. It consists of many chambers. These chambers are separated by calcite walls and narrow and curve passageways. Stalactites and stalagmites enriches the marvellous appearance of the cave. On the outer surface of the cave there are numerous niches and Greek inscriptions. 

7. Oymapinar Lake

In the province of Antalya there are so many natural beauties to visit and Oymapinar Lake should not be missed. Also known, as Green Lake is one of the two dams that make up the Manavgat River. It gets its name from the beautiful emerald colours of its waters. The banks of this lake are lined with pine trees making it have a unique beauty. Here also lies the plain of Manavgat, which is the most fertile plain of the province, prefect to grow cotton, wheat, barley and many types of fruit and vegetables. You might even notice that there are a few greenhouses in the area. A great way to visit the lake is to take a boat ride where you can glide over the placid waters. Peek over the side of the boat and you will see lots of trout that are bred here. You can also take a plunge and swim at the lake. After the boat ride you can settle at a restaurant by the lake to enjoy the panoramic view of the green lake and the Taurus Mountains backdrop.
